The Michigan Afterschool Partnership and Neutral Zone invites you to apply for the Youth Driven Spaces Community of Practice.

We are recruiting a cohort of 6-8 agencies serving older youth (ages 14-19) for a transformative learning experiences September 2026 through February 2027.

Through the Youth Driven Spaces Community of Practice, youth-adult teams will connect with peers across Michigan through an engaging in-person summit in September, three interactive virtual training sessions, and monthly one-on-one coaching tailored specifically to your organization's goals and challenges.

Organizations at any stage of youth-driven practice development are encouraged to apply—whether just beginning to explore youth leadership or already centering youth voice. Agencies serving historically marginalized communities (including LGBTQAI+ youth, Black, Indigenous, youth of color, disabled youth, system-impacted youth, and immigrant youth) are especially encouraged to apply.
