Are you an artist, musician, performer or creater? Are you between 18-24 years old? Then this place is just for you. Come to Neutral Zone’s After Hours community resource starting September 1, 2026 on Tuesdays 7-9:00 PM to become part of an amazing community of artists of any kind.

This program offers a safe, substance-free space for young adult artists to gather, connect and create. Join us for:
