YDS Wednesdays: Intrinsic motivation

Intrinsic Motivation: A Youth Driven Spaces Pillar

Workshop Details

Registration

This interactive training will help youth workers understand the concepts around intrinsic motivation, the inner drive that helps young people engage when activities feel meaningful and aligned with their interests. Participants will learn the key components of intrinsic motivation and leave with concrete strategies to build these components into their daily practice and programs.

Introducing YDS Wednesdays

Explore the power of youth voice and decision and reimagine what’s possible when teens truly shape their own programs. Join us in January for the Youth Driven Pillars Series, featuring three active and applied 90-minute Zoom workshops dedicated to each of the pillars of Youth Driven Spaces.  Participants are welcome to join in as many or as few workshops as they're able.

All workshops are free of cost thanks to the generous support of the Ralph C. Wilson Jr Foundation.
