Coordinator(Students Educating Each other about Diversity): SEED is a partnership with the Ann Arbor Public Schools to facilitate inter-group dialog followed by an outreach project to lead day-long activities and discussion on diversity for 8th grade students. The SEED Advisers essential functions focus on supporting youth-led facilitation and coordination of high school students through inter-group dialog, community building, and an education outreach project. SEED Coordinator Job Description Music Coordinator: Our Music Program includes a youth operated concert venue that teens book, promote, and manage; a youth-owned record label company that teens record and release music from youth bands; and a recording studio to support opportunities in DJ-ing, beat making, and audio engineering. The Music Coordinators essential functions focus on music program design, fund development, and coordinating and promoting youth music through promotion, booking, recording, and performance.
