Some of the best opportunities in life are the ones we create.
Develop a Personal Achievement Contract (PAC) with Neutral Zone staff and earn rewards for accomplishments. Look for work experience or job shadowing, practice a sport, an art, or a musical instrument, apply to colleges, get homework help, master a video game, or just hang out. You set the goals, we help you reach them.
Teens who choose to undertake a Personal Contract are able to:
- Brainstorm, Narrow, Define & structure a new goal.
- Create a personal Achievement Contract that will span no more that three weeks from conception to completion.
- Teens will have the support of one-to-one mentoring from a Neutral Zone Staff member during the life of the Contract.
- Teens who successfully complete a PAC contract will be rewarded for their hard work & commitment to continued personal Achievement & Growth!!
