Neutral Zone RentalsThe Neutral Zone facility is available for rent generally on Fridays after 6:30 p.m. (with some exceptions) and on Saturday afternoons and Sunday afternoons/evenings depending upon staffing capabilities. Summer availability is on a different schedule, so please contact for availability. The NZ is available for rent for events such as birthdays, bar/bat mitzvahs, and school functions. The center is also available for rent for all age events; however the NZ has a no alcohol permitted policy for all ages events. The Neutral Zone’s rental policies ban rentals for concerts or other fundraising events unless the profits are going to a non-profit organization. Special permission for these type of events must be granted by the NZ’s administration prior to completion of the rental agreement. Facility capacity in the downstairs venue is 400 persons. For smaller meetings and events, there is a conference room seating 25 and a lounge area (with floor seating for retreats, etc.) that fits up to 40. Staffing requirements for events predominantly attended by youth is one staff person per 25/30. This can be adjusted based on the number of chaperones supplied by those renting the facility. Rental rates include the cost of one NZ staff person for the event. Additional staff cost $25 per hour. Pricing Structure:
**Non-peak hours are Monday- Friday- 9am- 1pm. Schedule like all other events are subject to availability. Summer non-peak time is also different as drop-in is not open.
